Johanna Chacon,

M.A., CCC-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist

Hi! I’m Johanna, a New Jersey state-licensed and ASHA-certified speech-language pathologist with over 10 years of clinical experience.

Over the past decade, I’ve had the pleasure of working in a variety of pediatric settings, including home-based early intervention, public schools serving students from preschool through high school, and private practice. I have experience working with diverse populations and supporting children with a wide range of communication needs, including articulation and phonological disorders, fluency disorders, receptive and expressive language delays, autism spectrum disorder, and social communication disorders.

I am a strong advocate for a play-based therapeutic approach that supports speech and language development in a fun, meaningful, and engaging environment. I feel incredibly fortunate to work in a field I truly love and to partner with such wonderful children and families.

Hi! My name is Juliana, and I’m a Speech-Language Pathologist who graduated from Seton Hall University. I have had the opportunity to work with individuals across the lifespan, from young children through adulthood, in a variety of settings, including early intervention, schools, and private practice.

I have experience supporting a wide range of communication needs, including receptive and expressive language, articulation, apraxia, fluency, AAC, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and accent reduction. I am PROMPT-trained and take a play-based, child-centered approach to therapy, making sessions engaging, functional, and tailored to each individual.

I love being an SLP because I get to help individuals find their voice and build the confidence to communicate in ways that are meaningful to them. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of that growth and to celebrate those moments alongside families.

I truly value building strong relationships with families and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to help each child reach their full communication potential.
